What’s happening and what you'll need to know for this event:
First and foremost BRING lots of BUSINESS CARDS you'll need them. Business cards are a huge necessity in doing business; it’s your calling card for who you are and what you do in your business.
- 6:00 - 6:30 - Check-in & Registration, get Pad and Pen & Dance Card, Enjoy Cash bar and some Hors d'oeuvre & Network Lingering, walking around and stirring up conversation, the warm up, I call it.
- 6:30- 7:30 - Vendors , Opening Announcements & Speed Networking Rules
- 7:30 - 8:30 - 1st half of Speed Networking
- 8:30 - 8:45 - Networking Break - "!!Surprises!!"
- 8:45 - 9:30 - 2nd half of Speed Networking
- 9:30 - Open - Networking at Your leisure, Libations & Hors d'oeuvre
As I always State: Business cards with Blank Backings are good to use for additional notes of your prospect, so I suggest you bring Business Cards with room to write on, this way when you get back to your office/home and see a 100 business cards you will not say, oh! I wish I made notes on these cards! I can't remember what of half of them said? Because you don't also want to say, "What was that Real Estate Investor telling me again about foreclosures? Who's had that great Wholesale Deal? What was that guy or gal's name that referred me to that contractor? Well I have done that quite a few times myself, so don' feel so bad, just don't keeping make the same mistake! So BRING LOTS OF BUSINESS CARDS!!!
So C'mon and let’s get you NETWORKING with my favorite recipe for SUCCESS:
- 2 cups of Fun
- Add Friends liberally
- Few tablespoons of Business Leads
- A palm size of Building Business Relationships
- 1/2 cup of Building Business Referral's
- Stir in some daily, monthly & long terms Goals
- Add plenty of Deals, Knowledge Sharing & Education to taste
- And don’t forget to put the heat on HIGH & get your POWER TEAM built........!
- Mix all together......Enjoy!
- Note: You may add a dash of this and a dash of that to this Recipe however you choose, not all Real Estate Investors cook the same "SUCCESS" as others, but that’s why it’s always good to taste other Dishes of "SUCCESS"
- Very Important: Be sure to check-in with your "SUCCESS" every 3rd Wednesday of the month @ MassREIA Monthly Meeting! You don’t want to Undercook your "SUCCESS"...Trust me it won't taste very good.

From East
Take Massachusetts Turnpike I-90 West to Exit 4. Proceed onto I-91 South to Exit 7 (Springfield Center/Columbus Avenue). Take the first left onto Boland Way and the hotel entrance will be on the right.
From North
Take Interstate 91 South to Exit 7. After the exit, turn left at the traffic light. Go straight through the next light, and the hotel is on the right.
From West
Take Massachusetts Turnpike I-90 East to Exit 4 onto I-91 South. Go about 6 miles and take Exit 7. Turn left at the traffic light and travel straight through the next light. The hotel will be on the right.
From Bradley International Airport/New York (South)
Take Route 91 North to Exit 6 (Springfield Center). Continue on Columbus Avenue to the 3rd set of lights. Turn right onto Boland Way and the hotel entrance will be on the right.
